| Yes, I have seen this with my own eyes. I called up a couple of different people, who all offered slightly different rates. Naturally, I went with the one who gave me the lowest rate on the phone. But when I got there, I didn't seem to quite qualify for the rate they told me on the phone. If my memory serves me, this is when they told me I could get an even lower rate by purchasing points. It really isn't easy deciding who to trust. :? |
