Hello boys and girls!
Wondering what is the differences between canadian and american mortgages.
I entered the same interest rate, term and loan amount on online mortgage calculators and the results changed according to the country of the site.
Are the interest compounded differently, are there other differences??

This happens even from one calc to the next, not just from US to Canadian.
I don't personally know of any diff's, but I know someone that might. I'll check up on it and get back to you tomorrow. |
