going to try some new idea's

ok well its getting alittle slow so we have come up with some new plans to market to our realtors..we may not like each other but we would benefit so much more if we can just get along..one is going to be useing our seminars but we are going to structure them in a different way so we can get the association of realtors to sponser it...(yes we are members and if your not you should be)..and the other is a way we are going to host the open houses for them....so i will keep you posted as to how this all turns out....

I've been working the commercial market, with a local hard money lender, and some friends who had some money to invest in some business ventures. I find it a little more stimulating for my brain cells, and I don't have to keep regular office hours.

Next: I'm going to market leasebacks. It's a commercial sale/ lease back agreement.

You know, my parents are 70 yr old gypsies, and I have to keep up with them! :roll: (in my wildest dreams!) I'll let you know how that venture goes. I've got to work out my marketing material since I decided I was firing myself from a political party.
