I need a lender who will deal with farms...over 300 acres....any ideas?

THE CLIENT WILL BE COMMING IN TODAY OR TOMORROW AS SOON AS I HAVE MORE INFO ILL LET YOU KNOW BUT I DONT THINK A HARD MONEY LOAN WILL HELP IN THIS SITUATION...

There is a Lender that is a subsidiary of M & T Mortgage (previously Union Planters) called Magna Mortgage. They are a 620+ Stated Lender. They will do rural property... will lend 50% up to 100 acres, email magnastephen@aol.com... good luck!
