As much as it pains me...KB Homes will most likely be a good place to start. I used to buy a few loans from them. Have your borrower agreement in place.
Indy Mac works with borrowers on U build it properties. 90% lot values, and CTP type loans.
Also call Constuction lender.com ABLS.com for ideas. |
