You haven't met my evile step brother.
His name is Haplo. He will nuke or delete this post.
If you actually care to talk to us and share some information, that' great.
Haplo is kind of a Banker type Moderator, and I'm kind of a "I own my own business type gal" and we play together really well.
But if you want to hawk your company or MLM,
you actually need to play well with others. just posting an ad and exiting stage left-is not a demonstration of "playing well, with other's."
And while I'm on a high road, can I ask if you need to be licensed in states that require one, or you just hope you don't get caught? |

I may also be the most annoying regulator you ever tried to run a scam on also. Did ya ever think about playing with that deck of cards? If you were playing 52 card pick up -you just showed me you don't have two hands, and you can't count! you left 35 cards on the floor.
Who said I wasn't working? Last time I checked. I drove a few miles here and there, collected checks. Deposited checks, and pestered a few borrowers.
Of course I'm not a RESPA cop, but this is an open website to the "teeming millions." I guess I just can't get over this "paid in 50 states" issue, when I had to pass a test for 3, and prove it-then when I worked for a real live bank, a FDIC insured bank, I still had to take more than 50 hours of regs and banking and RESPA tests?
I don't annoy you, I'm making you eat my lye soap. I have simply shoved some good old fashinoned lye- down your throat, I can prove it- and You don't like it. |

It certainly would have been helpful if you would have read the Advertising Policy (upper right corner). It is annoying to us when people come here with nothing to say except there advertisement. I will give you the benefit of the doubt that you planned to do more than advertise.
So please...help out around here and post some info that would be helpful to people (but non-commercial), or move along.
Thanks,
David |

What my friends and colleagues here are trying to say is summed up rather simply in one sentence.
Don't...be...a...tool.
I'm normally very polite and helpful to people but that *all* goes out the window when folks decide to blatantly ignore the rules of the board. This isn't a place for you to come and spout off about how great your company is and how people can work for only a 300.00 fee! Most likely if you're that hungry for originaters there is obviously something wrong with your company.
I'm not moding any of this. I like it when someone gets an attitude like this, it means that I can step out of my shell.
You really opened up a can of worms there with Chow though. I couldn't have given you a better script to write. I'm already licensed in 50 states, so I don't need to worry about joining a company that is. So explain to me, are you? Or are you doing as Chow suggests and trying to skirt by with nobody noticing?
You do realize that this is a public board, with your IP and other information recorded by the admins correct? You do realize that people in top level positions with NAMB know what goes on here on this small board right? You are aware that if you're violating the law it can cost you your license, a good bit o' cash, and also some hefty prison time right??
But of course you're doing everything by the book. That's why you got defensive and deleted your contact info. Not because you have anything to hide...right? |

Actually, it is completely legal and anyone from NAMB is welcome to inquiry. We have absolutely nothing to hide or "skirt", however, I had no interest in that completly psychotic "Chow" contacting me, ever... And because you and she make up approx 30% of the daily posts to this site I really didn't feel I needed to have any contact info available, for you two...
Now, if I am correct "advertising" means to promote or relay a message..if someone is interested then they can respond..If not interested then do not... I understand and read the "policies" and I still am confused as to: why is this section called advertising???.. But this is neither here nor there.. Now, and if I must be completely honest, if I wanted to sit around and "discuss the mortgage world" with a bunch of "tools" I would.... However, I would prefer to promote my business to others who prefer to do more than just type meaningless paragraphs into a meaningless little forum that NO ONE IS READING BUT you |

My good friend Laurel.
There are quite a few people who visit this website on a daily basis. They may not come here and read every hour or two like Chow, David, and myself, but they don't necessarily need to.
People come here to learn and to help. Some of us like to talk more than others. However many of 'us' read a great deal more than we talk.
Honestly this section was created for active members of this community to offer the services of their business. It is not for random people to stop by, drop a line about how they're #1 at this or that, and then scoot. So now that you have read the policies, perhaps you were able to miss the point which you so obviously skipped over in the first place.

Nobody here is going to miss you should you decide to get back to promoting your business. I would however caution you on how you go about promoting your business. I don't know how new you are to the industry, but I can guarantee that I would not want to work with/for anyone that couldn't read the guidelines of a simple forum, and is seemingly incapable of stepping back and saying 'oops, my mistake' and sucking up their losses.
I wish you much success in your business, and I hope you learn how to follow directions first, rather than stepping up and not-asking for forgiveness later. |

Okay kiddies, I'll just to the chase here. I know evry member of the Indiana mortgage broker's association. I have worked for two past Presidents. Bob Armbruster is retiring from NAMB, but I made it a point to go visit with him. I made it a point to have my boss visit wit h him.
As an owner of a company, and a member of the NAMB, and an employee, of a bank, and the red headed step child collector and steering issue of and FCU, to go national- I think I have earned the right to tell you a few things.
I guess you lost that message, while you thought I was "unemployed" ???
Gawd: I wish!
Unemployed is not a problem in my family. I have an Air Gas Business, a Mobile closing business. At what point am I unemployed? You attacked and had nothing but some posts to draw from!
This mortgage business is so simple and stupid. Only the good sales people will tuff it out. I was into repo's at the age of 18, that was 3 decades ago, and My Father was running the Credit Uion, who is now a Bank.
I'm stupid, and I haven't a clue? I'm going to get back on top of my "Lye Soap" box, and let you bring me down.
I'm just here to share. I'm not into selling my company. Ask Haplo, I kick his company around on a daily basis-I need to sell a loan!
You can't come here and sell a "pipe dream." Instant Riches, 100% commissions. or even 50% commissions. If you want to train people, and customers, this is where to get a point or two, along with some other links we say to read.
I will ask Mr Armbruster, from the Namb to stop by and read your post since you invited it. He is one of the few men in my life, I have shook hands with, and felt I was talking to a Real Gentleman. NAMB is going to lose a good President!

| Chow, I gave you a chance to come down and shake my hand. Then you would have met...........oh never mind. Down to business: Dr Mr. LG74, what you posted is called an AD. I am one of those others who visit quietly but very seldom post. However, when you attack my friend Chow you have gone above and beyond. If this is your attitude I am another one who doubts the honesty and integrity of your opportunity. Unlike you, I am only licensed in about 40 states. Unlike you also, I don't run from forum to forum advertising our opportunity. In short, pay for your ads you cheap B_ _ _ _ _ D. (I forget, is Buzzard spelled with one or two Z's) |

Come down to shake your hand? I thought you were supposed to come up here and shake my hand!
I told you I would go to Chicago area to meet up with you when you bailed on the Lansing area-Which I just went to last week!
The following is not an ad for Jayco Class A Motor Homes....
Update on Jayco Motor homes-"Class A's" as they are called........
Don't waste your time even looking at them in Florida! They don't even carry parts for them down there! Let me save a trip through the dealer lot. Don't even waste your time looking at motor homes if you can't order one that is "beefed up" for actually living in it. TBE, it's a long story, but the last year has taught me alot about how "gypsies" live, and how easy it is to get ripped on motor homes, buy motor home sales people! If you need any free advice, just call me-but not until I get kicked to the curb for jury duty on 7/5. |
