| I am looking for a commercial lender who will do 90% LTV (85 is okay but prefer 90) on a couple of purchases I am working in the Dallas area...The first is 19 condos @ 990K and the second is 13 condos @ 650. |

US Bank will give you a point for just giving a 1003. Silverhill does under 1 million....and Interbay for over 1 million.
