Hi everyone!
I am looking to go off on my own and I am wondering if anyone is familiar with the affiliate programs available. i.e. netbranch.com, loan officers.com, etc....
I just want some feedback on these companys and see what the best one is to join out there.

Thanks,
Jose

There are tons of companies out there! I'm with one that is pretty stringent on the compliance and QC, but the home office is really helpful. I guess the things to check on first is:

Office, do you need to be brick and mortor?
How man loans are you expected to do?
Who pays what?
What are the companies charges per loan?
What lenders can you broker to?

In our checking around, many of us have gone to different companies for various reasons. Can you tell us what kind of support, and set up you want, then we can help you narrow it down.

The best I found was a net branch in 10 states that keeps $800 off the top and you keep the rest to cover your own overhead. They give you as many Internet leads you need a day and lots of help to make sure you don't fail. email me at mortgageproman@hotmail.com

They keep 800 clams off the top? Jeepers, If you're not afraid of post closing and compliance issues-Cateret only wants $350 a loan.

I have a list of net branch companies on my "BIG List of Links" page. I recommend contacting some of the lenders you already work with and get some feedback from them as to who is the best to work with.
