Hello everyone,
My name is Lionso, and i joined this forum to see if i can get some honest help from people that are not just trying to get my (well parents) money. I actually here to help my parents out and see if i can do some things for them.
My parents currently own 2 homes with 2 different mortages. One was with Country wide that has been bought out ny Bank of America, and the other mortage is with Fitchburg Savings Bank.
My question is, is it recommended/safe/good idea to get both mortages with the same bank. Do they give a multi-mortage discount like they do with car insurance. Are there ways to do this without refinancing or with refinancing but not paying the fee.
What other options do i have to try and help lower there mortage bill, as money is getting kind of tight, but they dont want to skip mortage payments.
