| If a spouse is to be on the title, is it always necessary to include their info. on the 1003, even if they're not employed? |

| It may depend on the state you're in, but at least in my state (IL) the answer is no. The just get added on afterwards. |

As a Notary, You must provide the Identity of anyone being on title to any document that we sign. No, it's not required on the 1003, but....The Mortgage, the TIL, and the ROR are tied to the 1003. If you want to split hairs-no-they don't need to be in that deoending on your state. In some states, I could go out and charge the Hilton up to the end of 2009, and use my hubby's credit and that would be acceptable!
Be care what you ask for.
You can have anyone on title to any secured property. We must have a state or federal issued ID and a work ID or another Picture ID to present you to the end lender as a "co title holder"
If you own it, you could lose it. :wink: :wink: :wink: |
