Dudes and Dudettes, Ive heard that 60% or more of mortgages were assigned through/to MERS. How do you tell? EASY GRASSHOPPERS! Call the title company and ask if an assignment was recorded and if MERS was involved. I did, and mne was. Not only that but the signatures were FORGED!! Major loan fraud. Started a suit and got an easy temp restraining order on my lender (who probably isnt my lender anyway)
We shall be suing for fraud and chances are the 'lender' didntnhave the right to talk to me about mortgage modification or start FC proceedings.
Tell everyone you know whomis facing the FC beast. |
