Folks, ita a mad, mad, mad, mad world out there now. SHould you buy anything? I am a real estate broker and my buddy brokers will want to skin me alive but I say PROBABLY NOT! I give broker price opinions to the lenders who are forclosing. I do HUNDREDS of them and am hokked into others across the country who do them. Except for certain pocket areas, values are STILL IN DECLINE. There is a lot to this. Your personal needs, where and when to shop, etc.

There wil always be a good buy no matter what but they are few and far between. We are not at the bottom of our mess. No way. Hold on, America.

I am completely agree with what you have written but, it is all about buying something cost effective with respect to present economic conditions. I mean there will be many things that are very important to look for.
