According to me the best advice to avoid bankruptcy is the debt settlement or debt negotiation. “Debt settlement is a procedure for negotiating your balances for a reduced amount than what is presently due; therefore saving you a good deal of money and time.”

It may be possible that Every country have difference in laws and condition for Bankruptcy, the strategy may be different between one country to another country. People can arrange their own settlement by using Information available in different web sites. According to one of the experts people must look for the companies that charges only after a settlement is completed.
