Hi I am looking to refinance an existing loan..
I owe 165k on a 275k value home in Utah. I currently have a 30 year fixed at 5.25 and have paid about 6 years on it. No late payments.
I want to refinance to a 15 year loan at a fixed rate. The best I have seen so far is AmeriaSave at 3.75/3.96 rate/apr. Anyone have suggestions on where to find the best rate? |
