We know that for any mortgage loan deal we requires a person who works to help both borrower and lender. A person who works as an Inter-mediator is known as Mortgage Broker.
Mortgage Broker works for mortgage loan deals.
Now-a-days in mortgage markets mortgage brokers are the highest sellers of mortgage products for lenders. Mortgage Broker Charges fees as per the amount of the loan. Mortgage Broker performs a lot of tasks such as Banking task, Assessment tasks, Finding Borrower/Lender, Gathering Documents, etc. The policies and fees charges of mortgage Brokers may be vary in different Countries even in different state also. Mortgage Broker must have his License during his Duty Time. But can anybody tell me that Who can be the Mortgage Broker? What kind of Qualification is require to be the mortgage Broker? Is there any course to be learned by a person to become a Mortgage Broker? |
