ANyone get a refi where the rate is lower? I applied and after losing my job and my 2 kids getting sick, they modified my loan, after 8 months, to cost $150 MORE a month. WOW thanks for the help... not* I doubt anyone gets a lower rate, its all smoke and mirrors...
Id love to know if anyone out of the millions who applied, if anyone ever got a lower rate with thier refi.
