Loan Purpose: Purchase
My name is Carrie and I would like to get an FHA loan for a 2006 Manufactured home but have had no success thus far. I believe it is due to my poor credit score. However, I know that there are lenders out there who will finance me (given my credit situation) but I've had a hard time finding them. It is important that I get this done before the April 30th tax credit deadline.
I have $2500 for a down payment.
I have a co-borrower with slightly better credit than I.
