Please include the following information with your request:

State:
Loan amount: $
Property Type: Single-Family
Condo
2-4 Family
Multifamily
Manufactured Housing
Commercial

Other Documentation:
Full doc
Stated
Bank Statement
No Doc NINA (No income verification)
FICO Score:
LTV Ratio: % (Loan to value)

Occupancy: Owner-Occupied
Non-Owner Occupied

Loan Purpose:
Purchase
Refinance
Construction

First of all:

Indentify yourself:
As a Borrower,
A lender who can fund the loan,
or a broker who can find a lender for the loan.

Or: I am looking for help with this product, and I am: Borrower, lender, broker.

Give all of the gorey details. Just be honest about what your situation is, and what you need. The more you give-the better the results for contact.

Please go back to your profile and ammend any information that will allow a lender/broker to contact you via the PM.

In a few days. We will will work on a blanket rule of each of the documentation areas.

(those rules change as fast as my grandaughter changes the clothing on her dolls!)
