Hello, I am a borrower. I have been working with Wells Fargo since the beginning of March. They are so slow to respond that now my loan commitment deadline is looming and I just found out that they can't give us the loan because I made a mistake on our tax return with our rental property. I am filing an amendment, but it won't get us the loan in time since the IRS takes 2-3 months to process the amendment. I was told the only way to get the loan now was with a cosigner but I wasn't able to get one.

I have tried a last ditch effort to get a hard money loan for an owner-occupied property but they are so rare.

I have bank statements, W-2s, payroll stubs, but because of our deadline, I don't seem to have time for the whole underwriting process. If anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.
