I am in dire need of a lender for the purchase of a new home. I have an exectured contract with the seller as my last lender bailed on me.
Stats are as follows
Home price: 112,000
Down payment: 4000
City: Brownsvile, Texas
Credit Scores: around 650 (both for me and my wife)
yearly salary: around 70000
Issue: Two late payments on an old home equity loan, june and july 2009. I have medical documentation to show that my mother was in the hospital for these two months.
