What was your interest rate?

I'm just kind of curious about what sort of interest rates people have seen over the last few years. I know a lot of people are looking for lower rates and I don't know if that's just because of the economy or because rates were high when they bought.

Anyone brave enough to share when they bought their home and what the interest rate was? (Credit score optional of course haha.)

Rates change all the time. My first house in 2001 was at 7.5% and my current rate is 4.875%. Over the last few years rates were as low as 4.5% and as high as 6.5%.

Hi there,

Ya interest rate changes time to time. When i bought my house it was 6.5 and right now it was as low around 4.5%. So interest rates are now lower.
