I'm starting to get that itch again... I'm a credit checking addict.

It all started when my excellent credit was ruined during a bad relationship that lasted much longer than it should have. After I ended it I realized that my scores were in the high 400 to low 500s... I was devastated.

That was in February of 2008, now I'm coming up on the 2 year anniversary and I'm getting itchy to buy a new set of reports. The problem is that in March I get a new set of quarterly reports but I don't want to wait! I want to see what I have at the two year mark haha

How often do you check your credit? Just before big purchases? Every quarter? Annually?

I wouldn't check too often, it actually can hurt you from my understanding. Check your credit score bi-annually or actually there are some credit cards/banks that show your credit score on a monthly basis.
