| While I admit I am not up to date on everything that realtors do, I had a real estate agent the other day offer to help me find a rental house. I had never seen that before. It may be just because the rental market was pretty cold the last few years. Is this something real estate agents have always done? Or could this be a new trend? |

| Yes they have always been in the rental business. However, some specialize in it while other want nothing to do with it. |

| I think most do both but focus on one more than the other like Eric said. I know when my parents bought their house over 10 years ago their agent did sales as well as rentals. |
