My husband and I are looking to move to MN and we qualify for state help here in florida to purchase a home, how do we go about getting into the same type of program if we are not residence of that state?

How do you go about finding out if you qualify for state help in general? Was there a website you went to, or did you go through an actual person at a state office somewhere?

I'm in PA and I'd love to find out if my family is eligible for anything like that. I figure if I know how you did it, I might be able to find something that would point me in the right direction.
