In need of on a refi on a commercial property....700+ scores 6 unit plaza and hardware store. Have reserves and all necessary doc. Property is located in Michigan.

Can help with hard money lenders, 1-3 yr terms, 9-14%, no pp, interest only ,very little DD, close in hopefully three weeks, know that have lost money ,everybody has but try to stay away from companies making money on dd, and not funding loans .Full package please, and cooperation 500,000 minimum. Please do not waste time with shopping term sheets,

u dont need hard money, but is there equity, what part of michigan and what is rent roll
