Here is my speech guys. We work to do legitimate business in hopes of staying open for longer than a year and not ending the run in a pile of lawsuits like most modification/homeowner program companies. We make money by saving you money, the way that works is by the government losing or the lender. Either way is better in our eyes. We are a small, FAMILY ran operation running out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Our thoughts are thatt money is best in the hands of the American people, not large investmant bank or government hands.

We have recently switched to completely free initial analysis and assessment of all potential deals due to increased demand and effort on government's behalf. Confidential information is not needed and results could show $1000's to $100,000's in savings.

Working with Homeowners to help with loan modifications, and property tax assessments for lowering property tax payments, and new mortgages/refinance.

We are NOT a modification company. Modification companies that most people are familiar with work by simply sending a request letter to your mortgage lender, after taking payment from you already. Once the lender ignores the lender, you where left out of luck and out of more cash. We work with a private law firm and employ 1 lawyer per account representative to legally pressure/force lenders out of predatory loans.

Property tax values are most often not assessed often enough, or if done yearly, still over calculated by the assessor do to no recourse. With housing value drastically off it's high, we have been able to reassess values and save clients on average $1900 a year and over $4000 in refunds from over taxation the last 2 years.

We work through primary lenders to also provide residential mortgages and refinances of a standard bank/lender operation.

The services are not free and we are certainly a private company. While fees must be paid for our services, we provide money back guarantees and a smaller staff for individual service instead of the large scale corporate operations. While we must take payment to obviously further continue our operations of helping homeowners, the price paid is fully recovered in savings. The losers in the big picture become predatory lenders and government assets that are overcharging already strapped homeowners. Helping to overturn these problems and put money back in the hands of the homeowners is the best bet for a solid economy and the goal of this company.

Payment for all property tax relief starts at $495 for a home up to $500,000 in value
Modifications usually range from $1495 to $2295 and provide the greatest results in upside down borrowers or people that need to get late payments rolled back into the loan to catch up. Current results for successfull modifications have shown fixed rates at 2.75-4%
