Fitch Ratings assigns a rating of 'AAA' to Hawaii Housing and Community Development Corp.'s $75.2 million single-family mortgage purchase revenue bonds, 2005 series A and B. Additionally, the 'AAA' rating on the $130 million outstanding 2002 series A and B, 2000 series A and B, and 1994 series A and B is affirmed.
