I have a buyer who wants to buy an A-Frame house, which sits on 10 acres, in an area a few miles outside of St. Louis. Borrower would qualify without any problems for FHA, or conventional. However, lenders are telling her that the property has no comps. It is the only A Frame house anywhere and we can't get the loan!
It is only 120K purchase! Would do hard money if need be, but buyer doesn't want to pay too high of a rate.
She has over 720 fico, full doc with assets. Woul;d qualify to buy any other property!!!
Anyone??
She is trying to get a USDA loan, which is our last hope. |
