the bank am buying a house from cancel and my contract and started a new contract. is this normal... i signed a counter offer that i accepted
and they gave my agent 48 hours to have the cashier check and contract ready for them... and then they cancel because it was missing a cashiers check copy.... but the casheir check was in escrow company already. what could happend next? could i lose my 1,000 dollars cashier check? or not get the house? |

| Your agent needs to advise you, if you did it yourself buyer beware if you don't have the experience as it can cost you financially. |
