| You can find a loan with a low down payment (less than 20%), but then you will have to pay PMI. How much $$ do you have set aside for your down payment, closing costs and reserves? Total liquid assets. |

| You can find a lender which only ask for a small down payment, but before loaning make sure if the company is well registered or if they have a good records. |
