According to the Royal Institute of CHartered Surveyors, prices are not only rising, but are expected to continue to do so for the foreseeable fututre.
The main drivers behind this are much greater demand than supply and low mortgage rates.

| actually, that depends where, there are places which even haven't seen low prices, its stable, and i cant see, that something its changing, maybe later |
