Seems like theres a ton of information out here.
Wanted to get some input to see what I might qualify for. Single making low 80k's with good credit (high 700's), no credit card debt, car is paid off, student loan payments around 200/month. No other outstanding debt.
Been looking at places in the mid-high 300k's up to an even 400k. I can put down 20% even a bit more if necessary.
Do my numbers stack up, or should I be looking for some cheaper places?

| Based on what you provided you would qualify for a $300,000 to $400,000 dollar house. |

One of the other factors which will be taken into consideration are the property taxes. The higher the taxes, the less you can qualify for. |
