I have not been back since last December. Has it picked up or is it still bleak out there? Hoping for a Vegas bounce back as I love it there.

Still problems there. People are walking away from their homes.

What a beautiful place to both play and live. I really hope it turns around soon. I miss living in Summerlin and hitting the Red Rock Casino daily. I am not heading back until it levels out.

I am going to be in Vegas real soon but for just a couple of days. I love to visit there but would never live there unless I had a big job at one of the casinos....like running it.

If you have the opportunity run up to Summerlin (west of the strip 20 minutes) and go to the Red Rock Canyon. World class rock climbing in a Las Vegas suburb that I compare to Scottsdale, AZ. Very nice place to live. The Red Rock Casino is one of my favorites as well. Have fun!

Things look pretty near bottomed out everywhere, if your familiar with zillow it tracks housing trends historically, hence, we have a harder time predicting the future but historically we're at 10 year lows nation-wide, I'd say. Maybe 3 months ago would have been lower? But now that the loan programs may be halting demand may be reduced bringing back lower housing prices.
Just my speculations from news but we may go lower, may not. |
