I am looking for a loan on a self storage property in Lancaster CA.
NOI is $300,000
Purchase Price would be 3.5 mil
Appraised value 4.0 mil.
Seller will carry 1.0 mil.
I need something with a 100% CLTV, anyone know of a lender that will do 100% CLTV these days?
