Lend America will be unrolling our wholesale division October 5th. Doing FHA loans 580 and up. We will currently only being doing wholesale for brokers who have there mini eagle.

580 is still around, 551 dont know anyone still doing it
must have 3 tradelines, no open collections, min loan submission of $100k, all states, must be DU, no gifts for purchases, higher than 43% ratios requires 3 months reserves, ect.. |
