| I have never owned a home before and want to buy one before Dec. 1, 2009 so I can get the Home Buyers Stimulus Package. How long does the process usually take in looking for and buying a new home? Do I still have enough time to do it? What's the first step I should take? |

| yes there is time to do it. You should first speak with a qualified loan professional FIRST. Then, when you know how much you can afford, start looking for a home. |
