| A few years ago my spouse developed cancer. Insurance would not cover medical costs. We lost our home and filed bankruptcy. The bankruptcy has been discharged. Our credit scores are in the 560's. We have had a auto loan in excellent standing for the past 10 months and are now rebounding with an income of $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. We are desperately working to improve our credit rating, which used to be excellent. Is there any chance of our getting a mortgage to purchase again? |
