We are looking for an experienced recruiter/sales/staffing specialist to join the team. This person will work on full commission (realistic first year probably $75K+, second year upwards) in a home based office. This is a perfect position for a stay at home mom or dad who has kids in school all day. Ideally, this person will have experience recruiting mortgage professionals.

Requirements:
Professional home office environment
At least 1 year of recruiting experience
Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of people
Knowledge of mortgage industry
Working knowledge of Internet, database management software, web services and Microsoft Office programs
