Lend America is 4th Largest FHA lender in the country with probably the most aggressive FHA programs in the country.
On a refi I can do as low as 500 credit score with no mtg lates.
If Mtg lates within 12 to 24 months 531 or better
If Mtg lates within 12 months 550 or better
For Purchase I can go as low as 531 on a single family and
550 on a multi unit.
You need 12 months clean rental history or mtg history.
Loans are all fixed and very competitive rates!! |
