Seriously there has got to be one still left! here is the scenerio. perfect loan! C'mon! Someone tell me they can do this:
• Purchase
• 4.5 million purchase price
• 2 Million down
• 2.5 Million loan Amount
• SFR
• Owner OCC
• Full Doc
• 850 Fico
Los Angeles
We need to meet or better then a 5.75%. Anyone? |

Its very possible I have a home for this loan but the max LTV would be 50%. So it looks like you would need an extra 250K down if thats possible.
