www cmfamilyloanassistance com
This website claims to be able to be able to get 'qualified offers on your loans' in exchange for some personal info. The website is pretty basic and really doesn't have much to say about the company so I'm a little wary of giving them my details lest I be inundated with junk spam..
anyone have experience with these guys? |

Looks like a "lead provider" looking for names. READ the full disclosure at the bottom of their site -- they do not make loans but forward your name to others and you specifically waive you rights under "do not call list", etc.
My guess is that you will be hounded to the end of time if you put in the information requested. Strongly suggest you call a couple local brokers or lenders instead. We all have enough business that if you later say you've changed your mind, you won't continue to get endless calls and/or emails ... maybe a birthday card but I feel this is awfully transparent "personal" marketing. |

| I definitely don't have any experience, it may be much easier to pick up the phone and just call your local mortgage person as it is much safer. |
