I'm a mortgage broker too and I hate what has happened to the industry. We have been blamed for so much that has happened. So I decided I want to help, in some way. But what do I do? I've been doing mortgages so long! What else is there? I hear about all these loan mod scams so I decided I am going to start one, an honest company that plays by the rules. And on top of that, offer a 100% money back guarantee.

Pretty simple. Now you are probably wondering how to determine if someone can qualify. Qualifying is easy. Dont worry about credit, this is not a refinance. IN FACT, the worse the credit, the better!!!

Here are some questions to ask...

Do you answer "YES" to any of the following questions?

1. Have you or your spouse been laid off from work or have they cut back your pay/hours?
2. Perhaps you have medical problems and can no longer work?
3. Are you late on your bills trying to come up with your mortgage payment every month?
4. Do you currently owe more than your home is worth?
5. Have you tried to refinance your high rate adjustable loan only to be told you cannot qualify?
6. Are you tired of the annoying phone calls about your late payments?

There really isnt that much too it. We handle all the work, you just refer us customers that you know could use some help.

All I need is a name and phone number and once their payment clears, I will send you a check.

FYI, some additional tid bits to know...
1. Cost is $1495 for first mtg and $400 for second mtg (cheap considering we may be able to save hundreds fo dollars a month for them for years. Program pays for itself within a few months. Attorneys charge $3500)
2. Modification can take anywhere from 30-90 days to complete.
3. We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If we cant better their situation by at least 20%, then they get every penny back. (Typically we save on the average of 40% and I haven't had to refund anyone yet!)

Payout.

If your referral needs one mortgage done then you earn $100 bucks cash. If they need a first and second done then you get an additional $50 for the seond. x
If you send 5 paying customers within any given month, I will give you an additional $500 bucks!!!

So there you have it. Send 5 customers in any given month and you can earn $1000 bucks!!! If they all have second mortgages, you can potentially make $1250 bucks!
