I know that housing prices are falling, thus cutting into potential profits, but is it a bad or good time to get into brokering because of this? I see that housing is slowly, but surely rebounding and would like to get in before the next boom - if at all there is one.
I have a close friend who did it since he was 19 up until last year and made a killing over those 7 years and I know that I am very much a people person and aim to please.
On a side note, is it possible to do this job 30-40 hours a week while finishing up my degree at UCF (possibly full time).
Thank you in advance to anyone who may respond.

As per the current market condition, I think that it is the best time to get into the profession of a Mortgage broker. As many people are looking forward to buy homes due to the fall in prices and interest rates, many are coming forward to take the advantage of the opportunity.
As a start in a career you can get a good start. And could also make yourself established in a long run while everything gets settled. |
