| From everything that I've been reading lately, mortgage rates around the nation are at the lowest they're probably going to get. Does this mean that it's the perfect time to go ahead and take out a mortgage and invest in real estate despite the fact that the economy remains shaky? |

| mortgage rates has been going up and down thats why its hard to invest sometimes. |

| Well when rates are low it is the best time to be someone with a mortgage. Just be careful in which area you buy so that you don't over capitalize and end up with a lower value property. |
