| It worked in Japan, albeit after many years, but Japan's scenario was very different. Ultimately I suppose it has to work. If you create money and keep pushing it into the system, it has to circulate and the Bank of England have the ability to do just that. My guess would be that there is an impact toward the end of six months from now. |
