We have stayed focused on purchase loans and refi's....obviously haven't been making money. My office is finally considering doing mod's but since we really don't have anyone with us that has done them I'm a little concerned about the learning curve. I'm considering taking my license somewhere else experienced in mod's for the mentoring. I have two questions: 1) Is their any serious money in doing mod's? And: 2) Can anyone refer me to an broker that may be doing well with mod's in the SoCal area? I'm in Corona, CA

Why weren't you making money with re-fi's and purchases? How were you generating leads? Have you ever thought about FHA streamline re-fi's. |
