You know what I'm wondering? How do people get picked for jobs in our industry. I almost feel silly. It almost seems like the following steps:

Receive 100 resumes
Review all resumes
Look for the one with the most errors (spelling, grammar, idiocy, etc.)
Throw out the nice professional ones (they're probably liars anyway.)
Call and offer an extremely lucrative package to John and Suzie since we'll obviously be able to control these fine winners of society.

Anyone else notice that? How the heck can you sell something to someone when those people don't even know what you're trying to sell them???
