Hi,
i have a question about being a first time home buyer? My sister assumbed the house we both bought last year in November. Now my wife and i bought a house Feb 2009. I know i don't qualify as a first time home buyer, but does my wife? Also if she does can we claim the tax credit on our 2008 tax filing? Thank you.
