I'm not a Broker. Never was. Never will be.

I'm not here to sell you any "Too Good to be True" fantasies on being a home owner, or any "great" deals to a new mortgage.

I'm only here to offer my contacts and blessings to help anyone and everyone who believes they should be entitled to a rate closer to 5%. Wether its 5.01-5.99%, if you have anything higher than 6%, you need to call Mr. Tom Kim at 516-629-9160.

My interest rate was at 8.75 on a 30yr FHA (500k) and he streamlined it to 5.25. (Unfortunately, the streamlined FHA only works for people who have FHA mortgages.) I couldnt believe it. It's legit. The only moneys out of my own pocket was less than $500 (for an appraisal fee). My closing costs were incorporated in the loan amount and nothing came out of pocket. They DO exist. It really happened. I reached him through a referral and I can't begin to explain how elated I was just to hear the options. No sales pitch, no hidden fees or costs. Just numbers and facts. Just listen to the options...Cant hurt right? It only helped me.
