| any suggestions for someone who is moving and looking for someone to look after their home while they are away, for an extended time. Are their companies out there that do that type of business; a realtor company like century 21 or coldwell banker? I don't want to rent it out. Thanx for any suggestions. |

There are definitely companies out there who offer property management services. They typically maintain buy to let properties and ensure all is in order prior to new arrivals, however I have seen on some websites the offer of a service to basicly just keep an eye on a property and pop in from time to time to check no pipes have burst or anything else, I think this is generally aimed at people with a holiday home that they don't let out.
That might be the type of thing you are looking for, so do a search for property management companies and I'm sure you'll find someone willing to do it. |

| You can ask a trusted family or a friend to watch for your property, if not, Im sure you will find someone to do the service for you. |

| I am sure if you google "house sitting" a list of companies will come up. Make sure there're bonded and insured. The bonded means if anything is missing they will pay, the insured is if the house sitter decides to slip and fall, you're cover so that your own insurance doesn't go up. |
